Salvation Army – Grand Haven Transitional Housing

The Grand Haven Salvation Army provides housing and supportive services through case management for 6 - 24 months. Clients work on skills, gain emotional and financial stability, leading to independent living. Families can remain in the program for up to 24 months and will receive follow-up visits from the caseworker for one year after completing the program. The Salvation Army has four transitional units.
