The New Life Card seeks to help change the way people look at you. You know you are changed, but how can they know? How can employers know? How can your family members know? Earning a New Life Card signals to others that you have reached significant guideposts on the path to restoration.

The most important guidepost is that you are walking a New Life path in a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The New Life Card builds on that foundation and highlights some other important guideposts that help you restore your reputation in the community. These guideposts, or markers, include third-party verification that you truly appear to be living a new life. You may be working with a local ministry that is helping you reach these guideposts. That ministry may be an issuing Provider Partner of the New Life Card.

Christian Leaders Institute and its ministry partner, Peacefire, have created a verified process that includes these guideposts: Spiritual/Character Guidepost, Study Guidepost, Transparency Guidepost, Recommendations Guidepost.

Benefit 2 – Getting the New Life Card Benefits Your Identity

Only one in ten who start this process are likely to obtain a New Life Card. The process is challenging, yet very rewarding. You will complete college-level classes. You will gather recommendations. You will write your testimony. All of these activities will help you process who you are and how obtaining the New Life Card displays to others that you are living a New Life.

Almost everyone likes a comeback kid. Obtaining a New Life Card makes you a verified comeback kid. After you get your card, have your family throw a New Life Card party. Have a cookout. Share your New Life Card victories with others.

Benefit 5 – Getting a New Life Card Can Help You Get a Job

The New Life Card Employer Directory lists employers who recognize the New Life Card. Share your card when you apply for a job with these employers. Put this card on your resume. Human Resource Directors have told us that this card will be an important factor in helping you get hired. While the New Life Card can’t guarantee you a job, it can help you get your foot in the door and be noticed by one of our participating employers.

As a New Life Card applicant, you enroll at Christian Leaders Institute. After you complete orientation and Restorative Justice 101 (required to obtain a New Life Card), you might just keep going. What could happen to you if you received more education?

Donate To The New Life Card:

When a New Life Card applicant qualifies for a New Life Card, there is a $100 processing fee. This fee can be paid by the cardholder or a sponsoring ministry/individual. You can sponsor one or more New Life Card scholarships with your generous donation.
